Yogurt dip

A lot of fruit dips are filled with added sugar and heavy thickening agents like whipping cream. This lighter version satisfies the urge to dip, while still remaining a healthy choice.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (250 mL) plain thick Greek yogurt
  • 1-2 tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine all three ingredients.
  2. Chill overnight.
  3. Serve cold with your favourite fruit.
  4. Makes 4 servings.

Tip

We love dipping pineapple and pretzels. The pineapple’s slightly sour zing and the pretzels’ salty bite contrast nicely with the sweet dip.
