Essentiel au quotidien, il contribue \u00e9galement au plaisir de d\u00e9velopper un mode de vie actif. Voici donc 3 id\u00e9es stimulantes pour en favoriser l\u2019apprentissage.<\/p>\n<h3>Draisienne<\/h3>\n<p>Il s\u2019agit de <a href=\"https:\/\/activeforlife.com\/fr\/apprendre-a-faire-du-velo-sans-petites-roues\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">petits v\u00e9los sans p\u00e9dales<\/a>&nbsp;. Pour avancer, les enfants doivent utiliser leurs pieds; un peu \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re des voitures chez les Pierre-\u00e0-feu. Ce contact au sol provoque le mouvement. Les enfants sont donc plac\u00e9s en situation r\u00e9elle d\u2019\u00e9quilibre, chaque fois qu\u2019ils veulent se donner un \u00e9lan. Cette premi\u00e8re exp\u00e9rience permet \u00e9galement de mieux apprivoiser la transition vers le <a href=\"https:\/\/activeforlife.com\/fr\/activites\/?actId=44\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">v\u00e9lo traditionnel<\/a>, &nbsp;un peu plus tard.<\/p>\n<h3>Yoga<\/h3>\n<p>Plusieurs postures font appel au contr\u00f4le de petits muscles responsables de la stabilit\u00e9, parfois m\u00eame en \u00e9tant en appui sur nos deux jambes. Par exemple, d\u00e9placer 80 % du poids de son corps vers la droite et courber le tronc du m\u00eame c\u00f4t\u00e9, les mains en fl\u00e8che au-dessus de la t\u00eate (position de la demi-lune), nous place en \u00e9tat de d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre.
