Il faudrait plut\u00f4t encourager les jeunes \u00e2g\u00e9s de 5 \u00e0 17 ans \u00e0 participer \u00e0 des activit\u00e9s d\u2019intensit\u00e9 mod\u00e9r\u00e9e \u00e0 soutenue pendant au moins une heure par jour.<\/p>\n<p>Ces conclusions sont partag\u00e9es par une <a href=\"https:\/\/publications.aap.org\/pediatrics\/article-abstract\/139\/4\/e20162266\/38314\/Children-s-Physical-Activity-and-Depression-A-Meta?redirectedFrom=fulltext\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">nouvelle \u00e9tude de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de l\u2019Alberta<\/a> qui recensait 40 \u00e9tudes \u00e0 la recherche d\u2019un lien entre activit\u00e9 physique et d\u00e9pression.
