(Si vous n&#8217;avez pas de tapis, vous pouvez fixer la corde ou le ruban avec du ruban adh\u00e9sif afin qu&#8217;il ne bouge pas trop.)<\/li>\n<li>Imaginez-vous \u00e9tant des acrobates funambules faisant un num\u00e9ro au cirque.<\/li>\n<li>Apprenez \u00e0 votre enfant comment marcher le long de la corde en posant le talon contre les orteils. Trouvez votre \u00e9quilibre en levant les bras sur les c\u00f4t\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li>Si vous marchez les deux pieds c\u00f4te \u00e0 c\u00f4te, c&#8217;est que vous \u00eates tomb\u00e9 de la corde.<\/li>\n<li>Essayez ces variantes\u00a0: marchez de c\u00f4t\u00e9, marchez \u00e0 reculons, rampez \u00e0 quatre pattes dans l&#8217;alignement de la corde.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Cette activit\u00e9 est excellente pour d\u00e9velopper l&#8217;\u00e9quilibre, l&#8217;une des principales comp\u00e9tences pour le d\u00e9veloppement sain des bambins et des pr\u00e9scolaires. \u00a0Les ABC du mouvement incluent l&#8217;agilit\u00e9, la coordination, l&#8217;\u00e9quilibre et la vitesse.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les comp\u00e9titions de corde raide<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cr\u00e9ez un parcours de corde d&#8217;obstacle.
