Et comme la rentr\u00e9e des classes est en cours, il faut aussi pr\u00e9parer les repas scolaires. Bien que pr\u00e9parer des d\u00e9jeuners pour trois enfants, jour apr\u00e8s jour,soit parfois un peu p\u00e9nible, c\u2019est aussi pour moi l\u2019occasion de leur offrir de nombreuses collations saines et vari\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Je vous propose ici quelques id\u00e9es de collations pour vous assurer que vos enfants ont un repas vari\u00e9 et nutritif. (Et une ou deux petites g\u00e2teries pour compl\u00e9ter le tout!)
