Get involved – Here’s how you can help
- Visit our site and comment on stories that inspire you and share them with your community (helpful ways include sharing within your newsletter, social media, and publishing our content on your website (read guidelines for re-publishing content here)
- Join the conversation across social media channels following the #Activeforlife hashtag

- Send an email to the Minister of Sport to keep athletes safe from abuse
- Advocate for physical literacy at schools
- Provide your opinion and advise us on topics and questions we might have on our private Facebook group
