Rob Kerr is an award-winning broadcaster, community builder, and founder of the 10-20-30 Project. During a career spanning more than 25 years in sports media, he became a familiar voice to hockey fans across Canada, including his time as the voice of the Calgary Flames on Sportsnet.
Today, Rob is focused on strengthening community sport and challenging the way we think about developing young athletes. Through the 10-20-30 Project, he works with athletes, coaches, and sport organizations to turn values like teamwork, respect, leadership, and community involvement into meaningful experiences that extend beyond the playing field.
His work also includes Coach Santa's Mission of Kindness, an innovative program that uses a familiar holiday character to introduce younger athletes to the importance of kindness, teamwork, and respect.
A strong advocate for accessible and inclusive sport, Rob believes the true value of grassroots programs isn't measured only by wins, losses, or athletic achievement, but by the people and communities they help build.
Proud to call Calgary home, he continues to bring together his experience in sports, communications, leadership, and community development to help create opportunities for the next generation.
