The Niagara 2022 Canada Games are a celebration of the beauty and joy of human movement—an embodied expression of physical and mental wellbeing that stems from positive habits and signifies a truly flourishing life. 

The Games bring out the best in young Canadians, and families across the Niagara Region have a special opportunity to share in the experience. 

How did these young athletes arrive at the Games? They started as active children, developing physical literacy through years of fun and active play, even if they didn’t plan to become elite athletes.
