The Active for Life team spends a lot of time working to make Canada a more physically literate country. We do this, virtually, coming together to work as a team even though we’re spread across British Columbia, Alberta, Quebec, and Ontario.

Today we’re celebrating our amazing country and our freedom to learn, play, advocate, and move our bodies.
