- ¼ cup (50 mL) mayonnaise
- ¼ cup (50 mL) cranberry sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sliced provolone cheese
- Roasted turkey, sliced thick
- Whole grain sandwich bread
- Mix together the mayonnaise and cranberry, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread cranberry mixture onto both sides of the bread. Layer with turkey, a slice of cheese and a hearty handful of sprouts.
- Makes 3-4 sandwiches.
Don’t have roasted turkey in the fridge? Chicken is equally tasty.
