Yogurt dip
A lot of fruit dips are filled with added sugar and heavy thickening agents like whipping cream. This lighter version satisfies the urge to dip, while still remaining a healthy choice.
Ingredients
- 1 cup (250 mL) plain thick Greek yogurt
- 1-2 tbsp honey
- ½ tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all three ingredients.
- Chill overnight.
- Serve cold with your favourite fruit.
- Makes 4 servings.
Tip
We love dipping pineapple and pretzels. The pineapple’s slightly sour zing and the pretzels’ salty bite contrast nicely with the sweet dip.
