Your active kid could be on DisneyXD!
Editor’s note: This is information about auditions for 2014. There is, as yet, no information on casting plans for 2015.
Disney XD is looking for Canadian kids to star in the next Grizzly Cup adventure game show that airs on the television network.
The show features kids, in teams of two, competing in outdoor adventures that test their “teamwork, courage, strength, and survival”. From climbing and zip lining to canoeing and tree climbing, the kids who enter the Grizzly Cup are brave and physically literate.
The cross-Canada tour will have interested kids taking part in an obstacle course and audition, and pre-registration is recommended to guarantee a spot on the audition list. Kids who want to be on the TV show have to run the obstacle course with their teammate.
Auditions are taking place on the following dates and locations:
- Saturday, June 14: North Bay
- Saturday, June 21: Ottawa
- Saturday, June 28: Toronto
- Saturday, July 5: Halifax
- Saturday, July 12: Winnipeg
- Saturday, July 19: Edmonton
- Saturday, July 26: Vancouver
- Saturday, August 2: Kelowna
- Saturday, August 9: Calgary
- Saturday, August 16: Regina
