Four bite burgers


  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • ¼ cup green relish
  • 450 grams lean ground beef
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • Small French dinner rolls


  1. In a small bowl, combine the mayo, ketchup and relish. Set aside.
  2. Form ground beef into 3 inch patties, being careful not to overwork the meat.
  3. Heat a grill pan to medium high. Grill patties with the butter.
  4. Toast buns and spread with the mayo mixture.
  5. Top each bun with a patty and lettuce.
  6. Makes 6-8 servings.
