- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup ketchup
- ¼ cup green relish
- 450 grams lean ground beef
- 2 tbsp butter
- Iceberg lettuce, shredded
- Small French dinner rolls
- In a small bowl, combine the mayo, ketchup and relish. Set aside.
- Form ground beef into 3 inch patties, being careful not to overwork the meat.
- Heat a grill pan to medium high. Grill patties with the butter.
- Toast buns and spread with the mayo mixture.
- Top each bun with a patty and lettuce.
- Makes 6-8 servings.
