- Iceberg lettuce
- Mixed greens
- Romaine lettuce
- Bell pepper
- Bean Sprouts
- Baby corn
- Fried tofu
- Beans (black beans, chickpeas)
- Nuts and Seeds (sunflower seeds, almonds, pecans)
- Goat cheese
- Chop all ingredients roughly the same size. Toss together lightly.
