Vegetarian Pita
Ingredients
- 1 whole-grain pita
- 8 tbsp hummus
- Romaine lettuce, chopped
- Tomatoes, sliced
- Ranch dressing
Instructions
- Cut the pita in half.
- Spread 4 tablespoons of hummus in each half.
- Stuff the pita with lettuce and tomato.
- Drizzle with ranch dressing to taste.
- Makes 2 servings.
