Vegetarian Pita

Ingredients

  • 1 whole-grain pita
  • 8 tbsp hummus
  • Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • Tomatoes, sliced
  • Ranch dressing

 Instructions

  1. Cut the pita in half.
  2. Spread 4 tablespoons of hummus in each half.
  3. Stuff the pita with lettuce and tomato.
  4. Drizzle with ranch dressing to taste.
  5. Makes 2 servings.
